Wakelet’s Monthly Roundup: March

by Wakelet on

March was a challenging month for everyone. That being said, watching the education community come together to support eachother was truly awesome.

Is it just us, or has March been a bit of a rollercoaster month?

The transition from classroom to remote learning has been disruptive to say the least. While we at Wakelet have also had to adapt, we’ll actually look back at March with real fondness. Why? Because everyone on the team has been truly inspired by how the education community has come together to support one another.

It’s been humbling. The #WakeletWave is strong, resourceful and always positive. Stay at home folks…

It’s ROUNDUP TIME!

Our incredible Community

We just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone in our global Community for all you’ve done in March! The way you’ve shared so many resources, positive messages, support, ideas, tips, tutorials and so much more, has blown us away. We love how you’re using Wakelet to collect resources for remote learning and share them with your learning community. The collections have been top class!

Looking for ideas for how to support your kids’/students’ learning from home? Take a look at our Community Showcase. We’ve put together a selection of remote learning resources made by educators, for educators.

The Wakelet Community has rocked it in March. Get involved! You can join the Wakelet Community right here. It’d be a pleasure to have you!

Awesome educators

So many educators have worked SUPER hard to provide resources to their fellow educators throughout March. We’ve been delighted to share them with our Community! Have you checked out the Wakelet Boathouse series? Dr Randall Sampson and Brandi Reams host an awesome discussion with multiple educators about how Wakelet can be used for remote learning. Check this out!

You’ve got to take a look at this amazing Wakelet collection! Some incredible educators have recorded Flipgrid videos of themselves giving tips and advice on staying connected using Wakelet within Teams while you’re working from home!
